The Old Brewery

This one used to be Maclays Thistle Brewery and dates back to the 19th century. It's a history reflected in the displays of old bottles behind the bar and in-wall cabinets, as well as in architectural features such as the high sloping ceiling. Along with the mezzanine level, it makes for a pub full of character, popular with a mixed crowd of students, workers from the nearby council offices, families, football fans and older regulars - pretty much anyone who enjoys a friendly welcome and a Belhaven Best.
